Keep service, insurance and inspection dates for vans and plant, daily driver checks and defects, and an equipment register with calibration and custody.
Forms built by you
34 question types with skip logic, calculations, repeat sections, photos and signatures. Every published version is kept, so you always know what a submission was filled against. A failed inspection answer can open a corrective action in Safety.
From job to invoice
Create the job with its type, place of work, required forms and planned materials, and assign the crew.
The crew sees the job on the phone, fills the required forms, takes geo-stamped photos and completes the work, with or without signal.
The office sees what is still missing before the job can be closed, approves the hours and generates a branded PDF job report with forms, signatures and photos.
Compare approved hours, expenses and materials with what is billable, then raise the invoice for Irish or UK customers with gap-free numbering.
Ireland, the UK and Europe
Company data is stored and processed in the EU. Public holidays, operating hours, time zones and leave years are company settings, so a team in Cork, Manchester or Lisbon works to its own calendar.

Yes. You build the forms in the browser, including daily site reports, pre-start checks and inspections, and decide which job types require them before start or at completion.
No software does that by itself. fieldGRID keeps a structured record of incidents, actions, toolbox talks, inspections and certificates; your safety management, policies and legal duties stay with you.
Yes. From the web workspace you can share an individual job with a subcontractor or client company, whether or not they already use fieldGRID.
Invoicing is available for companies in Ireland and the UK today. Companies elsewhere in Europe can use every other module and export job costs and approved hours to their own accounting.
