Request Account Deletion

Accounts on fieldGRID are created by company administrators. If you’ve been provided access by your company and wish to delete your account and/or associated data, please follow the instructions below.

Steps to Request Deletion

• Send an email to contact@fieldgrid.cloud
• Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
• Include your registered email and company name
• Confirm that you want your account and/or all associated data removed

What will be deleted:

• Your login account (email & password)
• All uploaded files (photos, PDFs, GeoJSON)
• Any saved notes, coordinates, and project info

Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered. For questions, please contact support.
