Payroll Prep turns approved hours, leave and expenses into gross pay and payroll-ready exports for your payroll provider or accountant, who stays responsible for tax, deductions and payroll filing.
Storage
Every paid seat adds cloud storage to one allowance shared by the whole company. Owners see measured usage and the expected bill in the portal.
Starter 5 GB · Professional 8 GB · Ultimate 10 GB per paid seat. A 3-seat Professional company shares 24 GB.
Owners can measure storage at any time, and the portal notifies them when usage passes 80% and 100% of the allowance.
Add 25 GB for €10 a month. Reaching the allowance never creates an automatic charge: we agree extra storage with you first.
Job sharing
Send a Job to a subcontractor or partner. They see only what you choose to share, cannot change it, and send back what you asked for.
Every plan can share Jobs with companies that already use fieldGRID, at no extra cost. They work in their own fieldGRID.
Invite them by email. They accept and work in their browser, with nothing to install. You pay €4 a month for each outside company with an active shared Job; Ultimate includes 3. Files they send back count toward your storage.
The other company sees only the Job, files and Forms you choose. They cannot change anything you share. They can only add their own work: tick off the items you gave them, fill in your Forms and send files back, such as photos or an invoice, for you to review. You can stop sharing at any time and their access ends straight away.
Questions
The trial applies to paid plans. There is no self-service sign-up: contact fieldGRID and we set up your company, users and plan before the trial begins.
fieldGRID sends an invoice, monthly or annually. There is no automatic card payment. The lower annual rate is invoiced once for the year. Owners can see their plan, active users, storage and expected next bill in the portal at any time.
Each active member of your company counts as one user, with a minimum of 3 paid seats. Invitations are not charged until they are accepted.
You are warned at 80% and 100% of your allowance. Nothing is charged automatically: we agree extra storage with you, in 25 GB packs at €10 a month, or you can tidy up large files.
Enterprise is for organisations that need a specific set of modules, negotiated pricing, a larger storage allowance or a longer contract. Tell us what you need and we will propose a plan.
Yes. Contact us to move up or down a plan; modules are switched on or off for your company when the change is made.
No. The Free plan uses local device storage only.
No. You can view the Job, fill in the Forms and send files back in your browser for free. If you want your own Jobs, team and the fieldGRID mobile apps, start your own fieldGRID with a 30-day trial; because a customer invited you, your first paid month is free.
